About

I am a first year Ph.D. Student working under the supervision of Professor James R. Tresilian. I am interested in the role of perception in the planning, control and learning of skilled movements. The aim of my research will be to investigate interceptive and evasive actions - those that involve making contact or avoiding contact with a moving object. In particular, I am interested in how sudden changes in the trajectory of moving objects during the preparatory motor process can affect the performance in interceptive actions.
