region. It was commissioned jointly by the Sector Skills Development Agency (SSDA) and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC). The results are intended to provide a sound statistical foundation for the deliberations of all those with an interest in the supply of and demand for skills, including individuals, employers,education and training providers as well as the various agencies and departments of government.
