About
My research interests cover Bayesian inference for penalized spline functions within a variety of contexts, including GAMs and Cox models with time-varying covariate effects. Recently I became involved in the exciting area of Systems Biology, working with Professor Rand and Dr Finkenstad at the Warwick Systems Biology Centre. Here I mainly work on Bayesian inference for stochastic dynamic models of the circadian clock, as part of the multicentre ROBuST porject.
