About
I'm a research fellow in the Institute of Education, at the University of Warwick; I'm a member of the Leadership, Policy and Development Group.
My main research interests are school leadership, parental engagement and school policy.
Over the last two years, I've been working on the Beyond Expectations project, which looks at leadership in turn around organisations in education, business, health and sport.
I'm also involved in research into school leadership teams, and evaluating the BECTA Self Review Framework.
In the past, I've been involved in research on federations and networks of schools, the evaluation of CPD for school staff, Workforce Reform, on why schools do or do not engage with the Every Child Matters Agenda, and on school improvement.
