My doctoral research is based in Infection Control, exploring the current state of the Audit process relating to Hand Hygiene within NHS Hospitals, and questioning the potential for technology to relieve the apparent burden faced by Healthcare Workers.

After graduating from the University of Warwick with a BSc in Psychology and an MA from Warwick Business School I spent 6 years working for a Global Manufacturing company, gaining first hand experience of the direct impact that behavioural and cultural themes can have on both day-to-day and long-term business outcomes.
